PROJECT SCOPE
Landstar Development planned to build an architecturally significant urban condominium that would combine novel uses of space, light and form. The building would feature translucent concrete, reconfigurable wall systems, highly aesthetic design and other differentiators that would make it a standout property in Seattle’s highly competitive condo market. They came to MercuryCloud to create a full identity, lifestyle and image for this new brand.
