  • 06.06 ImageKind partners with MercuryCloud to optimize their online art ordering service.

SEATTLE, June 2006 — MercuryCloud has completed a consultation and analysis project for ImageKind, an online art ordering service that offers users the ability to shop, create or sell original art. The goal of this project was to simplify and enhance the user experience on imagekind.com.

The process began with MercuryCloud talking to the founders and core team members at ImageKind to identify their key goals. Next, they delivered a complete set of wireframes that outlined every possible step the user could take. MercuryCloud then designed a work flow document assessment to show existing problems and how to make the site operate in a more user-friendly manner. They also outlined strategy and development tactics, use-case scenarios and methods to improve performance. Combined, this key research allows ImageKind to optimize their site for complete simplicity in use.
